I guess you could in theory but in practice it doesn't really make sense since they take a long time to put in. For me it takes about 30 secs to put in each one cause you have to roll up the foam tips, grab from behind your ear with the other hand to open your canal, insert it just right, then hold so the foam expands. Oh and I usually screw up the first 2-3 times lol

Also it doesn't really make sense if you're using them to save your hearing since once you take them out you're blasting your ears.
