Indeed lowered my "useful energy" by wasting it on something I shouldnt of done. Which equals wasted energy.

ur only changing useful (probably not though) energy to more unuseful energy (less usefull), your not wasting any energy. lol im stopping now.

Sometimes people just need to vent. I really have very few people i can vent in general to, but venting about producing is a challenge really.
