LOL I am going to JFK on Tuesday for vaca and already have a car service in mind...

Friday night timetable from Jamaica to Penn Station. Say it takes about a 15 minute walk from Penn Station to the Port Authority, I think you'll be ok. Just hope your flight lands on time.
