If any one can tell me how to sample a guitar i can sample a acoustic guitar and make some patches with my shure 57 mic!
I Also have a roland XV-5050 with some nice guitar sounds i can sample for y'all guys who want them!
Also like slayer 2 vst and reason for guitar!

I know that a Drum N' Bass group from Australia named Pendulum, who are VERY popular, didn't want to use a "guitar VST" because it has a fake sound and anyone can do it. So they use real guitars and it shows. Personally, I don't use guitars in my music because I know that the VSTs are really lame sounding and that I am not capable of playing one myself.
they were into heavy metal so i'm pretty sure they were playing guitar before they were producing. That flamenco guitar still sounds great. It is so hard to record an acoustic guitar properly that some vsts are better than the real thing even if you can play guitar.

And yes , I can 'play' the guitar , had learnt it for a year before , but that was 3 years ago.. lol.
I know theres a studio somewhere around town that has a electric acoustic , maybe I can pay a visit there..
And @ Alanzo , I guess I must agree with you , afterall I was playing around with FL keys and I was like 'wtf' ?
