Knowing J. as I do I highly recommend against a very public proposal. I'm thinking she would prefer something low key and seemingly spontaneous. Maybe just carry the ring around for a while and when the right moment happens you'll know it. She ain't going anywhere so there is no real pressure. There's nothing traditional or extravagant about J. so neither a traditional or extravagant type proposal seem fitting.
