I get goosebumps pretty easily. Typically when I hear a really nice breakdown, or build up. Pads definitely enhance it as well.
I am not a big fan of vocals but there are times when the vocals are really done right, they can give me goosebumps too.
I notice that at some point you can become de-sensitized to this as well. For example I also get goosebumps when I am hearing a track for the very first time and an unexpected sound effect comes in that I like the sound of....but this will only happen the first or second time I hear the track.
I also find that overtime if you listen to the same track too frequently it will not give you goosebumps everytime, but if you haven't heard it in a while then it probably will.
So in conclusion I would say I get the most goosebumps from Trance, Melodic Breaks, and Psy-Trance.
