Nothing wrong with what they're doing. THough I must say that some of the posing does seem to be overtly seductive/sexual.. and to paint a subject in such a pose, to some extent you have to think of them that way - at least for the purposes of the painting. Which to me would be more than a little creepy with a blood relative posing.
He seems to be relatively good technically but fuck he could really use some art history classes/ trips to some world art museums.. what's with the ones of her with the big cats.. so astoundingly tacky. Unless he's being ironic.
