If u want to hear some gabba from the States check out an artist called Rob Gee. He was responsible for that track "Ectasy u got what I need"
Such a stupid ass song in my opinion.

Some gabber is OK. Its an acquired taste though. I have about 4-5 Gabber CDs, from Mokum Records, Cyberdome and Thunderdome. I only like a few songs here and there. Most of it is very harsh, and IMO is very negative and violent. I much prefer hard trance, techno etc.

3 Years ago I was a 'gabber'.....and it's still in me.
Sometimes I go back to the old day's and put on a Hardcore CD.
It was invented in the gay-scene in Chicago (if i'm right).
Some people from Rotterdam introduced it in Holland and went over borders to Belgium, Germany and Italy.

The parties are comming back here in Holland

Check out Korsakoff - Tamara. It's on the new Thunderdome 2002 CD. It's a very good hardcore track I think.

u want to find out what real good hardcore gabber is??

try to find these songs:
Inferno Bros. - Slaves to the Rave
Darrien Kelly & Unknown MC - The people want more
Digital Boy - Ok, Allright (98 version)
Dr. Macabre - Poltergeist
Pino d'Ambini - Up & Down
Chosen Few - Name of the DJ
Neophyte - Execute
Rotterdam Terror Corps - Horror & Raveworld

they're not the hardest but definately some of the best

anyways it's not true Happy Hardcore took over the Gabberscene.. Neophyte made a track called "happy is voor homo's" and that's the way the die hards thought of the happy shit

its basically electronic version of gothic music

I thought industrial & EBM were more for the gothic audiance. And some modern underground synthpop as well. hehe
