dell comps have a pretty comprehensive diagnostic tool you get to with one of the f-keys when it boots up, should indicate any hardware problems if it is one.

boomer i put back the old memory it had and it is still doing the same...

also i wasnt able to do what kado told me to do because this dumb tiny laptop doesnt have the disc insert thingy o.o

so yeah im kinda screwd

Sounds like all your memory is bad or a problem with your motherboard, or once again just windows having a virus.

You are not making it easy to determine the exact problem(s) because you are not reducing the possibilities.

1. Scan computer and delete all bad files with...Malware-bytes AntiMalware...found on the CNET website.

2. Defrag the computer.

3. If none of this works, reinstall windows. Hopefully you have an external hard drive to save all the files you want to keep.
