I need to hypnotize someone into buying me an Ableton controller. :-p
Also, actually go to Circus when I plan to.

In order to achieve your NYR, you must first set goals and zero in on them with laser focus. That is how you are going to be successful. You have to make a commitment to change your value system so that you value healthy eating, healthy living, etc. That's something I picked up from one of the many motivational gurus out there. Once you start setting goals and commit yourself to them by writing them down and then taking instant action you will see your dreams become a reality. Right before your very eyes you will notice and feel the changes in your biological and physiological system. My great-grandfather was a pretty well-respected researcher and medical doctor from Great Russia and he said this, "The power of suggestion is greater than any drug out there."
If you Google "W.N. Boldyreff + cigarette smoking" you are bound to pick up some articles regarding cigarette smoking that credit his writing and research. This is not so much related to goal setting, but an interesting side-note and related to quitting smoking posted by many.
I've made it one of my goals to eat healthier and work out more this year. I am definitely eating healthier and getting into the gym at least 3-4 times a week. I can see my body toning up a bit. I still have a long way to go, but I am focused on doing the right thing and making it one of my top priorities and values to take care of my body and treat it well this year and for the rest of my life.
