I can only imagine people just starting out would actually make a track entirely of unadaultered pre-made loops. Maybe more people should if it helps them get going. Some just need some inspiration, a little push.

That's sorta the idea behind tutorial books like "The Trance Experience" and "Production Mixing and Mastering with Waves", although those books go well beyond just providing you the building blocks.

Some people are just more audio/visual than reading text. Its rare to find much in a 'trance or house for dummies' guidebook of use, when we are talking about creativity. Better for aspiring Producers to try things out on their own, even if the beginning involves training wheel loops, and then ask a forum like this questions they need help on. Another thing is making music has its own intrinsic teaching quality, there are things I learn on my own that I would not learn anywhere or in any book if I didnt try things out. Some of those are technical, some of them are philosophies, things a book cant teach.
