- 3D LED TVs? are you kidding me. I sure as hell hope that this 3D fad doesn't last too long, but I'm afraid that it might! Hopefully this will lower the prices of those 'NON' 3D LED TVs. I was debating about getting the XVT551 55" Vizio LED HDTV, but hopefully since its not 3D the prices will drop soon enough.

good, will create competition and reduce the abnormal prices. cmon $500 to read ebooks......a netbook is much more functional for that price!

After seeing Avatar in the theaters it seems like it would be nice, however buying a new TV with "new" technology will cost dearly.

I dont see myself doing that anytime soon.

As for the CES itself, I'm more of an E3 guy. Blizzcom is another one i like to watch.
