I had fun last night. Was nice to play some new stuff I got and try it out (which was well received, thank you). I'll play whatever music the settings call for It's funny to think I've pigeonholed myself to play trance only, when it's definitely not the case... I just love it the most

Thank you very much to Oz and Jay for having me - I really appreciate the welcome! And congrats on the one year anniversary boys.
Thanks again to Digi for hooking me up with a parking ticket.
Normally I like to play the techier side of house but I've been experimenting lately with the deeper stuff to get comfortable with opening time-slots, so it was nice to play some different style tunes last night.
Fun!
Please count me in for the next one!
I actually made a comment to someone about how I really liked the deep house stuff you were playing. Woulda told you but I'm shy as fuck.
All the DJs were great and the shisha was delicious. And I definitely was a lot less sober than I thought I'd be.
Good times.

SUCH a good time last night!! The turnout was amazing and lots of fun times were had. Thanks to Jay and Oz for 1 year or these parties. You guys are awesome for throwing these. I reminisced with Oz about the first one of these and how we were all tucked in the corner of the club by the speaker bc there was only about 10 of nice. Here's to another year of shisha!!

Like I said, I'll play whatever I think is called for, and I think that's what helps define a good DJ
I just don't play house as much because everyone in Toronto plays it. But if I had gigs where I had to play house, I would happily do it . I really do/would love to play it out more often, but I stick to trance mostly because it's seems to be a rarity amongst local DJ's, and I have a deep personal attachment to it. It's kinda nice being known as The Trance DJ (pigeon-holed), but versatility is key! How many house dj's play trance too? I could probably only count on 1 hand

Good times as always! Sorry I couldn't stick around for another Fran's/Kevin Nutbar post-meet-up - maybe when I'm less busy with work.
Definitely the biggest turnout I've ever seen at one of these - a few more and we'll have a full-on dance floor!
P.S. Matt - you forgot this one:
