Have any 'experienced' Live users seen any of the Ableton 8 tutorials?

If so, did they add much value?

I suppose you can't really go wrong for that price, though.

I'd like to know as well. I picked it up, but I'm definitely not a Live power user and I haven't even had a chance to watch any of it yet.

I can say that the Sonar video added some new tips and tricks that I wasn't aware of.
