You have no idea what you're talking about : it is that simple. The "fair use" argument that you cite does not apply in this case, because the majority of the time they are not uploaded for any purpose other than entertainment value (which I assure you are the only reasons that people upload the videos the OP mentioned).

I have cumcast. I don't care for them, they're expensive and they've been caught filtering/blocking/slowing down content to broadband customers, with the intention to give their on demand movies an advantage. The government has ordered them to stop the practice but I don't like the idea that they doing such things behind your back. It also hard to tell whether your internet is slow due to traffic or due to intentional limiting.

Switch to AT&T u-verse instead, keeps me employed.
