But aren't houses assigned to specific agents? Like, if I want to see a house that isn't 'hers' so to speak, wouldn't she have to refer me to the agent that it does belong to?
narcism, there are certain court systems in Canada that you can have your lawyer or some outsourced party serve the papers, but for residential dispute stuff, you have to do it on your own.
If we 'exhaust all options' in trying to serve her, we can apply to the courts to have a professional do it, but we have to do an affidavit and a bunch of shit first.
