It has been about 3 years since I have been there but I remember it opening around 11pm and closing at about 5am.

Well Fur is ehhh. I liked it better when Glow were running there nights out of Ibiza, the club that's right next to it.
Anyway. The headliner usually goes on at about 12- 12:30. He'll usually play to 4...probably a little bit past 4. Last time I stayed till the end was Tiesto and he played till 4:30.
As far as hotels. No clue. But if your coming in through Amtrak, and going to the club. Union Station is literally a stop away from New York Ave...which is where you get off for Ibiza and Fur.
But I'd be careful walking around far from the club because the North East along and around New York Ave...is SKETCH.

i second this comment and add DON'T walk around that area at all. take a cab it'll cost you close to nothing and at least you'll be safe. neon - as for hotels do a search on hotels.com, i've stayed at a couple places doesn't matter too much as long as you get a cab.
