Nikki hardly ever fills to capacity...and the time you're going I would think is considered "late" for Flying Circus...that'll be a mostly day/early evening party then I can see a lot of people heading to other parties at night.
Line-ups usually don't get released before the event, the DJ times will fluctuate and the line-up on the flyer isn't going to be accurate for set-times. Check the Flying Circus thread to see if someone posts set-times if they leak out early.
