I woke up today with only 3 hrs of sleep. My phone had the right time, but my wristatch didn't... so I kept going by my wristwatch not thinking when I was out at the Love Inc singer night last night. I got home at 5am, and woke up at 8.

It depends on your phone settings (i.e. automatic clock update). Most phones are already set to that.
