Only problem i found on the 92 which really annoyed me and still kinda of does is the fact that the faders are so loose.

If the Mic faders on the 92 are anything to go by, i'm assuming the 32's are similar with a slight bit of resistance. Something i prefer compared to the loose ones on the 92.

Yeah, despite some small things like that, best DJ mixer in the world imo.

We have a rotary 92 in the studio and it is the fucking tits.

And I actually like the knobs for the filter, you just have to pay attention, I solved the problem of accidentally having the filter up by turning them off once I am done with the channel (mixed out). This works better anyway since I use either high pass or low pass when mixing, which reverses which way the knob needs to be in order to let sound through.

Does the filters make transitioning smoother than say using just eq? I'm curious, since none of my boards have the filters. I know the concept of it, just wondering from the dj mixer point of view?

Can you here the filters if you cue up the main out?

Really depends on the kind of music you're playing. I rarely use it to transition from one track to the next, usually only with the high pass if I'm mixing out of a track with tons of highs into something that's more low and rumbly. Otherwise, it's a great toy - you can build some serious tension sweeping across the range and with the crossfader control on the 32 you can totally alter the texture of a track with some well-timed scratch-stylez cutting.

And palm:

this:

vs. this:

When I have a few bucks to spare I may actually get someone to shave down the metal the fader knob slots onto, just so I can fit a standard flat knob on it. The studio fader knobs are not conducive to quick cuts - I've played gigs where they've gone flying off when I'm punching the line and it's a total distraction/buzzkill.

still think it is the a great mixer for great sound and great mixing control with 4 band eq.

still love this over the djm800, i find the 800 good and really easy to play with. But i find it that when you master a xone 92 anything aside from it is piece of cake.

and yes rotary for the win!!! :-)
