I was perhaps one of the first to buy VIP tix for this when this was announced, as an xmass gift for my friend. Well, he ditched me at last second - he had to work, leaving me with tix and no one to go with. I didn't feel like going by myself, my old lady has a cast on... So I stayed home and watched "human traffic", teary-eyed. Yes, I know...
Totally let down and surprised that Prydz got such a low turnout... Definitely one of the most packed weekend events lineup I've seen in a while, tho. I bet WH was more busy? |
Don't worry you werent the only one the got ditched last minute..my friend wanted to go badly and has been talking about going to WH to see CG since like the day it was announced and I was on my way to pick him up and he decided not to go, even though he said earlier that day he was going and I already bought my tix. I made him pay for the ticket though, I wasnt beat.

SOoo much fun! LOVED Leger, especially the last hour or so.....DIRTYYYYYYYY!!!
It seemed as if the crowd switched when the DJ's switched. For Leger there were TONS of 12 year old pre-teenagers (im not even kiddin here, please ask someone to confirm) that were all throwing up in the bathroom and passing out on the sides (never seen such an early, massive, collective overdose as the first couple hours of this party! Whoa..would make mom proud!)
For Prydz most of the super-duper youngings left/overdosed/got taken to the hospital, and were replaced with 18 year olds. All-together a super young crowd. Thank god some TA's showed up to round out the mean age a bit LOLOLOL!
Btw I didnt think it was empty! It was full right up to the last 10 feet at the back, but I would still expect a bigger crowd nonetheless. Too many good parties going on, too be expected
Great night overall, and even though I regret missing Richard Durand, I would have taken Leger and Prydz over Cosmic Gate I wasnt in the mood to hear trance Saturday night! |
I'm irked that I traveled 14 hours to this and didn't see you.

Good seein' you, Nick!
