You in South California?
It felt like a boat ride sway, not an earthquake with dynamic seismic waves. This observation stood out to me because of the past, earthquakes felt like they were a mix of higher frequency and lower frequency waves, more randomness to the frequencies of the waves (shaking). To describe today's Earthquake in music terms i'd say there was a higher resolution, lower frequency, and lower compressed threshold to the waves. Versus Eartquakes of the past being a mix of different waves, higher frequency and lower frequency waves, with less resolution and a higher threshold (more room for dynamic wave frequencies).
Which makes me ask if there is a difference in frequency dynamics, spacing between the waves, types of waves, of a HAARP induced earthquake and a naturally occuring one.
