What's the dress code like? I've read mixed things about it.

I read somewhere that for Made parties there's no dress code, i dont know if that's true tho. Whatever, even so I'm wearing black sneakers, jeans and cutesey white top

I've been wearing a t-shirt and jeans to cielo for as long as I can remember and I've never had an issue at the door, even when going by myself without a girl. I will say that tonight's security check was one of the most thorough that i've had there, and I have been there recently. I've never had them check my shoes and I saw numerous people get bounced for "things they shouldn't have had."

As for tonight...it was great seeing everyone. The credit card issue at the bar sucked, but it was dealt with. I will have to say that tonight showed me even more that I'm not into current trance at all. It wasn't awful, it's just not my thing. Also, I think trance in Cielo does not work at all. I kind of felt that way before, having seen Ferry's private party there and other trance events, but tonight was just another example. It's just not that sort of club.

Having been there for tons of techno, tech-house, and house parties over the years, this was one of my least favorite crowds besides the people I knew. I spent half of the night in the smoking patio catching up with people, which made the night worthwhile. I'm glad lots of others seemed to be eating it up, though. Also, total sausage fest.
