- wake up at 7am
- push snooze every 5 mins till no later than 7:20am (if I can't wake up at 7am)
- take a long hot shower (usually about 15 mins)
- put on make-up/do hair
- figure out what to wear
- leave the house by 8:20am
- stop by 7-11 to get green tea with steamed milk, granola bar, and if I'm really hungry, a couple hash browns
- turn on kiis fm to listen to Ryan Seacrest on my 30 minute to work

Depends which courthouse I must be in and who the Judge is. Some judges are on the stand at 8:30a.m. on the dot. Others stroll out around 9 after everyone has arrived.

So on the days I must be in a courtroom in Downtown. I wake up at 6:45/7. Try to leave house by 7:30 ("try") Get in car, check sigalert.com from phone. If I see red dots on the 101, then I drive to North Hollywood or Universal Red Line Station and take that to Civic Center (convinent, don't pay for parking and I know I'll be there in 20 minutes) I think I'm the only person I know who actually takes public transportation in LA!

Court in Santa Monica (I'm screwed cuz of 405!) Van Nuys courthouse is only about a mile away so I LOVE going there.

Go to office, check messages, work on files, try to settle some of my car accident cases. Meet with potential new clients some days, defend depostitions some days...head home, chill, chill and more chill til its time to go to bed. Hopefully I'm tired and my mind isn't racing/thinking about my cases or else I take an off pill, which makes waking up difficult, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

PS Most of my cases are car accidents and criminal cases so think of me if you are in need of a reliable attorney! (shameless plug)

hey, so just an FYI... snoozing that often disturbs your REM sleep (rapid eye movement, or deep sleep). you're better off just setting the alarm to 6:30... you get an extra HOUR of REM. waking up every 10 minutes for an hour is pointless!!! (although it feels soooo good)
