What a joke. The health dept was butthurt that nobody cares about smoking indoors, so they try to get drug and fighting charges against one of the biggest clubs to help shut it down. I'm guessing M2's lawyers basically put them in their place. And how unrealistic that the club is supposed to prevent all drug use and fights. They were just looking for a paycheck from M2, I hope they don't get a dime.

^do you really want another big room closed especially since they've started to book people a lot of us want to hear? come on now! i hate their prices as well and will not support that cause but it's a great space and don't want to see it shutdown.

To his defense, Trump didn't even really look like a bum.

Yeah, why would anyone in the scene want an awesome space closed down? So what if they charge $20 a drink, even though they don't, more like $14, but who cares?

Yeah it's expensive. Inline with the other upscale places though.

agreed! M2 is my fav big Space in NYC, and I always paid $13 for drinks. I would pay $13 over the $10-15 @Pacha, which is the real shithole. I really was hoping the would book more and more as time went on....
