All the ppl I know from NY that were @ Larry's boat party last year said it was amazing, I've only read about bad reviews here on TA. I guess TAs are not so easily amused

I can definitely see what you mean. I wasn't there last year, but I just don't see the acoustics or design of a riverboat (assuming they use the same one) giving justice to this talent. I guess it would be more for the novelty than anything else. Also, to me, Boat Party =/= Detroit.

Oh well, not likely I'll be there either way.
