Im not encouraging more people to do the same either, it is my understanding that the club agreed that this could be put up for download on ms. This is what those special clauses are for in DJ contracts |
What your actually saying is you have a higher regard for the record company than the artist. You wouldnt apply the same principal to official releases which are also out there and available for free if you Google them because that would upset a record company and you would fear reprisals from a record company who could take legal action. What's Interesting is the record company will also tell you that they are trying to stop people downloading their music for free because they are looking after the interests of the artist. However if they where really looking after the artists they should really give them much better contracts instead of trying to exploit the artist at every opportunity
