Unless they re-invent themselves remarkably well. They should break up while they have something to be proud of.

Zeppelin's comeback was like that, because Robert Plant has lost the vocal range and strength he used to have. It's sad but bound to happen. The rest of the guys did ok though.

to be fair, they knew they would not be doing the same when john bonham died, which is why they broke up....that was just a reunion with bonham's son, far from a comeback. i dont think "they were embarrassing" applies.
