Khepera & Rosaires are already released , i don't like that artists include released material on the albums but i love this 2 tracks, khepera has a psy edge that it's lovely and the breakdown it's not a boring breakdown, i feel like in egypt. Love it.
The 1st single "my mind is with you" it's quite good in my opinion, i don't like vocal tracks but this vocals are well placed on the song, the pluck it's overused by most Anjunabeats artists and i hate it but i like how A&F place it on their productions.
And my favourites:
-Menes (Amazing from the beginning to the end)
-Perfect Red
-Sandgroper (This must be floorkiller)
The other tracks on the album aren't of my taste but this ones are pretty euphoric, i've been a great fan of them so i can't say many bad things about them, i'm still loyal but i hope that they don't produce more lowtempo tracks, i find them enjoyable to work with them on the background but that's it, hopefully they aren't playing them on live sets but well adds some variety to the album.
"Listening" it's their mainstream aproach, they do well can't be a fan of this track but stomps every AvB, Tiesto popy production.
"Paradise" it's a good chill track , not as good as old Chicane albums but good production values.
Stop hating them, they are one of the few good producers nowadays |
I didn't say they were bad, but the album has a bunch of dud tracks. Like "Still" for example...it's just a boring interlude for 4 minutes. "It Will Be Ok" is another example...a dull Armada vocal track that I'll never listen to again.
And the good tracks, like "Menes", "Perfect Red", and "Breeze" are too short, especially the latter two. Why do they need to be that short on the album? The endings for both of those tracks feel awkward...you're getting into it and it's like they press the stop button and it's over.
Going into this album I knew that there would be short tracks, and you can make short tracks work, but the way they edited them didn't work at all.
