just eat some regular sugar, but not too much. and you are fine! everything in moderation. no need for these synthetic substitutes. food is meant to be food and natural. agave nectar is the bomb btw.

Stevia is banned in Europe iirc. I'm working on a sugar problem and a lot of the recipes for stuff included stevia as they were american based and it's just not available here.
I use xylitol but only in english breakfast tea, and occasionally in lemon & ginger when I don't want to use honey.
