I'm almost certain that this exact issue was raised in Looptalk in the past 2 or 3 days at most and Gol said it is this way by design. So sorry, you have to work around it.

the velocity is 78% when you play pattern clip(see pic)
the audio clip play it at 100%,i can see in your picture that you turn up the channel volume to 100%,this will also give your sample xtra dB,try it at the default setting!
