Truly a "must have" in my kitchen at all times.
Also, I'm rarely without ancho, poblano, chipotle, and thai chili peppers on my shelf either in tried or fresh forms.
If y'all like spicy, then here's where my favourite dish is served:
Mexitaco I typically get the Enchiladas Diablos con Carne (not on the menu I know, but they'll make it for you after warning you first lol). It always leaves me with a nice sweat & my skull vibrating, but the flavour is so damn good that I've actually licked my plate when my lady isn't looking.
Be warned though, a couple people who thought they could do spicy had problems with that dish. But then again, my favourite snack is habanero sauce on crackers.

I prefer cooking with spice over putting it on after.
My mom and aunts have a fuckin artilery of spicy peppers and chilis in our garden from jabeneros and various other chilli peppers.
Chop em up and cook with them and the taste is a smoother flavour and not rip your asshole off hot.
At the end of the season my mom makes a random wicked batch of sauce from all the chillis leftover before the first frosts when you have to pick everything. Boils it up, adds some other spices and DAMN it's a hot sauce! Use that for everything in marinades sauces etc.
It's stopped being a competition for me and how hot can everything be, or can you handle. I prefer taste over heat. Just because I can handle the heat, doesn't mean I should lol....
If i'm putting sauces on food, it has to be one of these just for the taste and perfect amount of heat IMO to compliment the flavour of my foods.
This is the shit!
Anyone from England would remember this... one of the tastiest blends of heat and flavour IMO. When I was in England, loved putting this on cheese toast and various pies! You can get it here now to, but it's not the same
And IF I had to pick a generic or normal one, i've never liked Tobasco, to much straigh heat, not enough taste...it was never hot, just almost annoying. I prefer Franks RedHot over tobasco myself.
I love putting hotsauce on ghetto white people frozen food! :P
