Nice name drop with Comix Zone, but I have to question why you didn't like MK3...you bring up 3D, yet the game wasn't really 3D until MK4. Both Ultimate and MK3 were basically enhanced versions of MK2 from what I remember. Mortal Kombat Trilogy will always remain the best MK ever. |
stipid animality, brutality and combos (last 2 taken from Killer Instinct). More characters but, 10 ninjas with the same look, just another colors,a few robots with the same look, guys, it's stupid. As for me backgrounds from Mk 1 and 2 are much interesting and look better than in Mk3 & ultimate. I saw a few days gameplay from MK1 on youtube, it's so pretty, i remember it was the very first game i played on Sega Mega Drive! I was amazed. I really stand with wide open eyes and a smile on my face, when my friend came i saw it frist time also, he couldn't shut his mouth for 10 minutes. I was a giant step forward with Mortal Kombat games. I'm looking to buy on ebay kartridges with those games on SNES. They worth it much more than new games, better graphics, but less soul in that game.
