Violation of the terms of the truce is pretty much provocative (the US and S. North Korea makes money off visits to the country.
They do tours that last a week or so maybe more I forget.

It's all very controlled, and also very boring.

Costs 4 to 5 grand from what I recall.

huh? Exercise a high degree of caution is hardly "literally walking into death"

It gets the same rating from the Australian DFAT, as does:
India
Thailand
Egypt
Uganda
Tanzania
Philipines
Morocco
Papua New Guinea

All places I (and I suspect you) would happily travel.

hardly "walking into death". If it were, it would be rated as a Do not travel.
