I'm currently playing alot of Soldier of Fortune 2
but by far my all time favorite is a realism mod for Unreal Tournament called Strike force
man I played that game everyday for a year, sometimes for 5-6 hours at a time
the community is still the best online community I've found

For all time "how-much-I've-caned-it" factor it would be the original Quake. But at the moment; GTA3. Flawless game.
