and any dependencies on pills, i'm not in favour for. just having a constant supply available would be a pain in the ass

I really like the idea of no sleep but with our bodies will not be able to hold it for too long, even with a help of a pill. As an alternative i prefer to think about longer lifespan, if people can live longer at higher elevations then i believe every human can do so too at lower as long as we follow special diet and meditate and exercise. termination of meat production - unlikely. i knew about your first 2 points about tesla and water engines, like i said until oil companies get on it themseveles it's not going to happen, as obvious as it is nobody would pay to fill up their car with water and they will go down. we all know it but cannot do anything about it.

The thing with sleep though it does not have to be a pill, maybe a way to plug something into your carotid artery that will make your body rest much faster during those few hours. you know the one that has the pulse on your neck and that in someway related to our sleep





The reason i'm really pushing this one is because as we evolve we cannot sleep 1/3 of our lives, humans will realize that we are wasting a lot of time sleeping which is not productive and depending on circumstances could be not possible in the distant future.

I wanted to touch on time travel as well, i think we eventually would be able to travel into the past but not into the future. If we ever reach that point that we could travel faster than a speed of light we could eventually slow the time down. Don't know what the outcome will be but i do think there is a possibility of it happoening maybe like 50,000 years from now if earth still exists

nice point about aging, i haven't though about that. you see, when this does in fact get implemented i think there will be some serious tests conducted, possibly long term ones to see the effect on humans that it may cause. something like this may take a couple thousand years to fully understand and achieve.

I agree about ethical issue but we can see many people do that today, imagine a woman that does not have to experience any birth side effects, complete changes in hormones and weight, no need for carrying a baby for 9 months and more. well fuck if i was a woman and this was available id go for it for sure.
