For my past few piano songs, I've used my Kurzweil PC3X, but prior to that, I mostly used Akoustik Pianos, which I believe is included in the Kontakt library with Komplete 7.

i got all the sampletank 2 libraries during their group buy and i personally love them. they are very raw (which is what I like) but very well recorded. When you process them they sound great.
also forgot to mention , that main string sounds very much like a chinese Ehru. For some reason I can't finger the library as the portamento and range sounds like LASS viola but the use of vibrato along with legato and the more nasal quality to that extent is not typical of LASS. Check out Kong's Ehru vst. Probably much cheaper. It also sounds cleaner than a typical ehru so i'm thinking it is the E cello from Silk. Anyways, there are some leads.

One other decent and cheap library that you may want to check out is the Garritan Personal Orchestra. No, it's not in the same league as Symphobia or LASS, but it's great for the price ($150).
as of yeasterday native instruments are offering some free vsts with sound labriries i dl today and there is some good classical shit to play with may be worth you checking out kysora.
