I also LOVE what the 1073 does to low frequencies. I put that baby on all my basslines and kicks. It's amazing.

VCA VU is amazing for percs because it has such an incredibly fast attack.

LA2A adds a nice snap to anything.

I have the softube Trident and I fucking LOVE it. I've heard it is very similar to the UAD one so I'm not worried about getting it right now. The 1073 is a beast for lows, but I find the Pultec Pro to be better. It's probably the best EQ UAD has in my opinion. You could argue the Manley is better but its really for mastering only since you can only run 1 instance per sharc chip.

I run my percs through the 88RS. An absolutely amazing channel strip. The gate on it is just unreal. So, SO smooth. Don't have the LA2A yet but it's the obvious choice for vocals usually.

Would recommend checking out the FATSO. It's the best plug in I've found to add "warmth" and it's not a one trick pony. It's a compressor and warmer in one, using some sort of algorithm to literally add warmth, and then you have the tranny for warmth and distortion. Very legit plug-in

Right now I've got my eyes on the Harrison and Cambridge. Nothing else is really standing out to me. I only buy plugs that can do things others can't.

Yeah, I have the FATSO. Like I said, I have all of'em. Hah. It's real nice if a grungier sound is what I'm going for.

I only us the Campbridge for mastering EQ. It doesn't really blow me away but it has some quite amazing slopes for cutting out below and above audible thresholds.

The harrison is a REALLY nice tone EQ. I'd definitely recommend it over the campbridge. The highs on the harrison are AMAZINGLY crisp. I don't like the Harrison in the low end, but it also has a very nice mid range.

Is the Dimension D the real deal or what? Blows me away every time I hear it.

It adds a really nice stereo image but I wish there was a built-in way to turn down the mix. It is really intense even on lvl 1.

Not totally the same but you could throw it on return track

Use the FATSO JR a lot for soft-clipping, EMT140 as well for occasional drum reverbs. I demo'd the EMT250 the other week and it is really nice but i already have Aether so i think ill hold off on that one

Use the phaser/flanger/delays when i feel like it. Also 1176SE in all buttons mode for smashing stuff, LA2A/LA3A for general compression work, recently acquired 4k on the drum buss, the SPL transient designer can be handy the odd time as well for smoothing sharp transients when there is no envelope available.
