But if they do the same with strings , that would be fantastic, The installers for the winds and brass are 300 megs each. Imagine having an entire realistic orchestra at your hands without having to rely on those ridiculous sized libraries.

Very true.
I did have a play with Pianoteq but unless it was smothered in a mix it was quite unrealistic. Seems modelling has moved on somewhat.
Jeeze, with anough grunt you could score on an iPhone.
Be great if they could do a convincing choral model too. As cheesy and overused as it might be, I still love it (another reason I was looking at EWQL, the wordbuilder).
