Likewise i've seen a few using it internally but then i've also had a few big names use timecode vinyl. Haven't had anyone use timecode cd's yet though.

I tried getting the channel to work again tonight without any result.

Plug 1 and 2 in and get green lights for both, plug 3 in and the number flashes red quickly then goes green. Plug in 4 and get nothing.

Tried hooking up a cd to it and got nothing as well.

This is a pity.

As i might have stated above, what's really pissing me off is that there isn't something that's newer out there. I wouldn't mind dropping close to 400 euro on a new 'better' sound card but it pains me to have to buy the exact same model.

Ugh.. There goes my trip to Berlin to see Sven Vath in November.

So,

Turns out that the warranty on the audio8 is 2yrs!
I purchased my TSP in october 2008! Boom!

Sending the unit back this week. Their support so far has been unreal with an initial response time of just under 12 hours. Having read stories of them taking between 3-5 working days to respond I was well impressed.

Here's hoping they'll get a new unit/repaired unit out to me in a reasonable time.

Thank fúck for that..

Nice one! My experiences with NI support are completely opposite though. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. But I hope they've improved and you can get your box sorted without any trouble.

If only i was a girl that pun would have been very apt

They've even told me they'll reimburse my shipping costs which i did not expect.

I'll reserve my hurrah till i get a new unit delivered to my door step though.
