Just something to try; I've seen many people have success through supplementation:
500 mg of Quercitin, twice daily, away from food (at least 2 hours after a meal, 30 mins before). (Now Foods makes a good version, as far as potency goes).
Also, try a 3 times daily dose of a vitamin C supplement in a WHOLE complex form, such as Dr's Best Camu Camu 4:1 (I don't like standard Ascorbic Acid as it does not inherently contain any bioflavonoids or other cofactors which are present in vitamin C containing foods)

Also, I would suggest taking Bromelain in a 3000GDU potency (Dr's Best offers this, again, from Iherb). It is a very potent plant enzyme which enhances protein breakdown, and in the presence of leaky gut can help to cut the presence of potentially offending proteins which may increase sensitivity. Take 1-2 capsules away from food, 3 times daily.
