The Aly & Fila remix of Circa Forever is tight, that song boost me up. The Sean Tyas remix of Daytime is brilliant also mmm Vascotia - Verano all remixes suck even S.T's... some tracks just have very good sounds/structure and if you replace them you killed the track...

They get re-released on different labels because of distribution rights. Some labels can only release in certain countries or regions, some labels are big enough to release worldwide. When they're small and have limited funds/promotion, they release in a certain area and can cut a deal with another label to release in their area/region/whatever. Also, if the label wants one of their artists to provide a remix, it's easier to re-release it on their label as opposed to the original home label.

If you're talking about Beatport or digital labels, a lot of the times the tracks will get re-signed to another label so they can put it on a compilation or mix of some kind.

Yes, but surely what this thread is really referring to is the same tracks being released every 6 months on the same label for no other reason than to sell a few more downloads.

Armada being a classic example of doing this.

producers have no creativity anymore...easier to rip off someone else and make money then to actually think about making new and creative tracks.
