Go to scotland maybe the schools are cheaper over there

for my schooling studying graphic design I was considering either :
usa ( to expensive )
japan ( not fluent enough to pass the governement 3000 kanji character test )
France ( only 20 seats available per 500 or so demands )
Belgium ( still thinking about it )
UK ( pretty prestigious schools but murdering prices )
and last which I'm gonna do
Switzerland ( cheap school, great level , love the country and billions of other reasons)

university is so annoying to find the right one at the right place right now right cost etc etc

I know I'm gonna sound like a bit of a wanker, but search your info online a little better before making a move ... which I'm sure you are doing ....

KEEP COURAGE

see the main reason why i want to move to england is because of a special girl...and even if it doesn't work out, i'll still have a kickass education to fall back on

i love england anyway, so its just an added bonus that i get to be there, money sucks, but hopefully i'm smart and poor enough to get scholarships and financial aid

yeah, i've been killing myself looking for info online, but it'll all be worth it

hell yeah!!!

i'm going to be doing a semester abroad in london for the summer of 2003, well just for 4 weeks because its the cheapest, plus that means i can spend more time with my girl! and it'll be from the beginning of may to the beginning of june, which means i'll have another 3 more months off! and my plan is to definantly make another trip to berlin in july

Heh, yeah I forgot, it is for me though My brother is at Cambridge University and he isn't paying a penny. All he pays is accommodation

For most people though it's still a lot cheaper than some of Europe and most of the US.

Come to the North of England, more parties than the South of England and Scotland, and it is twenty times cheaper than in London (and that's not an exaggeration!).

so i've heard from several people, but going to north england would be almost as pointless as transfering to germany or holland or somewhere we'll see what happens, i've got a year

If your bird is in London and you need to be near there, you could try one of the Unis not so far away. As far as I know, there are quite a few places 50 miles or so from London, where the cost of living is a lot less.

All British University and College websites end in .ac.uk not .co.uk so you can try trawling through some sites by guessing their address. Also, you could try checking out www.push.co.uk which gives some details, as well as a list of all the Unis.
