To be honest with you, I can't envision me living my life the way I used to. I am so comfortable now and enjoy my couch and movie time. 8/10 times I would rather be doing that than be in the club.
A little lack of control Katie??

MissK...I think you learn to party a little differently as you get older. You can still enjoy but everything in moderation and going crazy like you did in your twenties is usually not the best way to prolong your party life.. I'm usually out of a party by 4 or 5 the latest and that's stretching it. Back in the day if I looked at my watch and it said 5 am, I would be happy because it meant I still had at least 5 hours left to party..

its so true...I'm pushing it to make it to 5 am now. In my twenties 5 am meant the party was just going to start getting good.

I think the biggest problem is that young adults are scared to grow up. My generation was expected to be 4-5 years later in development then our parents simply because we went to university and most of them didn't go. Not much has changed since I was in my 20s but I find more and more people are staying at home longer or they are wandering through life without any direction.

To add to what Chem just said. I don't things have changed so much in the last 10 years, BUT, as tuition increases and with more and more people going to university, more people will be in serious debt, for longer periods of time. Coupled with mostly stagnent wages, the common sense approach to living would be to save as much as you can.
