oooh, crunchy sushi rice is fail. did you use the right kind?
i dunno, my girlfriend usually makes the korean version of sushi rolls called "kimbap" that isn't as good, but still tasty. the rolls are probably twice or three times the thickness of your typical sushi roll too because of all the shit we put in the middle of em.

nooooooo.... you can do it right the first time. check out recipes online. there IS a method to it that's different than just cooking rice, but it's not that complicated.
then again i've never made sushi before, so how the fuck would i know right?
