Great idea for a thread. I've actually thought about getting a few people from here some gifts, but I'm shit with gifts so yeah

As someone who isn't 21 I am fully willing to accept any gifts of alcohol from anyone

Would definitely love to send some people some stuff this year, though. Stu, you're not one of those people so don't even think about it

i've participated in a few beer sharing type things - on a website beeradvocate. ppl sometimes put things together where you're assigned a random person to send beers to. there's a suggested retail value that ppl generally follow (some ppl go overboard and send amazing extras) and pretty much you can look at what ppl like / what they list in their wants and see what you can do about making somebody a happy camper, hoping that the guy assigned to you will do the same.

dude what? kangaroo jerky? i never knew you could eat that shit. huh. that, and i always wanted to try ostrich egg since seeing someone scramble a whole ostrich egg in a big-ass frying pan on a nature show when i was a kid.

i'm under the assumption that a lot of people around the world have never had venison (deer meat) even though it's EXTREMELY common in WI due to the whole hunting tradition that we have. i could always ship that, i think.

from what i understand, you can't legally buy or sell venison (since it's wild game meat) but you can produce it yourself and do what you please with it.
