So cutting edge that he has his own personal mixer person to mix out of the opener into Paul's set.

lol i have no respect for a tv celebrity who calls himself a dj when he may not even be able to beatmatch with just two decks and a mixer.

i have no idea who this guy is, which happens to often be the case with the dj's incognito books.
never heard of this guy play any of the big venues in SF/SD/LA. so i'll go out on a limb that this is his first gig at one of the big venues in CA.

He was the first and only "DJ" to this date to ever sell out Beta faster than anyone else (AVB, Tiesto, Guetta, etc.) and there were about 800 people still waiting outside to get the chance to get in. Security closed all gates by 10:30 and were letting people in if someone left the club. The club was sardine packed and by 1 to 1:15ish people were leaving, the floor by then was about 70% filled. I guess even his fans thought he sucked, lol!

huh?
did you mean?
He was the first and only "DJ" to this date to ever sell out Beta.
or
He sold out Beta faster than anyone else.
either way sounds like the guy can draw, wtf.
so if a basketball player decided to become a dj, the teams fans would rush out and go see him(rony seikaly)...
Kobe as a dj, would get people to the venue to see kobe... not kobe dj.
