Volcano 2. Or if having fancy modulation options is unimportant to you, you could get Micro, which is made by the same guys and uses the same basic filter algorithm but costs a lot less.

I like both. Volcano has a cooler interface and more modulation/automation options, but Tone2's Filterbank 3 is pretty full-featured as well. Very different interfaces.

Another pretty cool little filter is Sugar Bytes' WOW.

But, FilterFreak is the king of all filters IMO.
