No, it doesn't have less velocity - it has more filter applied because the envelope is not re-triggering to re-open the filter with each new key press. You can open the filter more by changing the cutoff value in the filter section, or increase the decay and/or sustain settings in EG1, but those will alter all the overall sound of the patch by changing the amount and duration that the filter opens and closes.

I don't mean this in a harsh way, but I really think you need to take some time to read about envelopes and filters before asking more questions because you're clearly not grasping the most fundamental concepts here.

I want to understand
How z3ta is set to poly 1, and steel I can hear the subsequent notes
And everything you explained about Env Generators, Osc, Filters, Legato mode ..

compress it but be careful because you might trash the sound pretty quickly or you could take out the filter enveloppe but that would change the sound.

I dont think you understand the scale of what you are asking, nobody is going to spoon feed you every single detail here - try starting with the Tutorial Master list in this section and go from there...
