To be fair the guy interviewing keeps referring to Trance music in most of the questions, so JOOF will be replying to Trance related questions.
Nice to see Mr Stevo is such an expert on the UK scene living in Florida?
You may want to explain why we've lost clubs like: Matter, Cream, Golden, Progress, Slinky, Renaissance, back to basics, Bed, Babooshca, The Bomb, Sugar Shack. This list could go on. All these clubs had a mixture of DJ's, not Just Trance.
I think System J will back me up on the rarity of not seeing such DJ's as, Carl Cox, Sasha, John Digweed, Dave Seaman, Nick Warren etc in the UK. Why? Because there's no clubs for them to play.
Errm Dub Step...yes its in the Pop Charts, we are proud of that!

I won't back you up on that. I haven't seen Cox, Seaman or Warren play for a while but Sasha and Digweed have done multiple gigs in the UK in 2010 and will do more. And Back2Basics never went anywhere - I live in Leeds and Basics has a big DJ playing every weekend. It's the longest running nightclub in the world.
There are places for these big name DJs to play in every major city in the country. Not that superclubs and superstar DJs are in any way the measure of the club scene in a country. Whenever I've been to big nights I've had a terrible time.

he said "people think we’re at the forfront of the Electronic dance scene". so you're saying the UK is not at the forefront of EDM right now? if not, then where is? from what i hear its not Berlin anymore. sorry if i was coming off as an expert, i only go by what i read and listen to online.
